我们收集的数据

GeminusCam 不收集任何个人数据，也不会将任何数据上传至服务器或与第三方共享。

App 在运行时会访问以下设备功能，所有数据均仅存储在您的设备本地：

• 相机：用于录制行车视频，视频保存至 App 本地沙盒。
• 麦克风：用于在录像中录制环境音频（可由用户关闭）。
• 位置（GPS）：用于在视频文件中写入位置元数据及速度信息，并在 App 内地图中显示轨迹。位置数据不会离开您的设备。

数据存储

所有录像文件、GPS 轨迹文件（GPX）均保存在您设备的本地存储中。 App 不使用任何云存储、远程数据库或分析服务。

第三方共享

我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的任何数据。

数据删除

您可以随时在 App 内删除录像文件，或卸载 App 以删除所有本地数据。 我们没有服务器端数据，因此无需额外申请删除。

儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的任何个人信息。

Thank you for using GeminusCam. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data. We take your privacy seriously. GeminusCam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to any server.

Data We Access

GeminusCam does not collect any personal data and does not upload any data to servers or share it with third parties.

The App accesses the following device capabilities at runtime. All data remains stored locally on your device:

• Camera: Used to record driving video. Videos are saved to the App's local sandbox.
• Microphone: Used to record ambient audio in videos (can be disabled by the user).
• Location (GPS): Used to embed location metadata and speed information into video files, and to display route tracks within the App. Location data never leaves your device.

Data Storage

All video files and GPS track files (GPX) are saved to your device's local storage. The App does not use any cloud storage, remote databases, or analytics services.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with any third party.

Data Deletion

You can delete recordings at any time within the App, or uninstall the App to remove all local data. We hold no server-side data, so no additional deletion request is necessary.

Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
